Josh was real helpful in describing the extent of the repair and possible add ons when bumper was removed. He answered all my questions and explained what was required for the repair. I didn’t have the car repaired immediately but Josh kept in touch with me. Happy with the repair which was completed earlier than expected.

I had never heard of CarMetrics, but decided to give them a call for assistance with my car needs (front bumper repair). Right away, I could tell the customer service would be top-notch because of my interaction with General Manager Jeff over the phone. He was so pleasant, which made me want to come in and do business with them, which I did. The service I received was excellent! Jeff is very kind, made me feel reassured, & helped out in a time of crisis :) Pulled up for a quote with no notice, immediately got a quick estimate on denting & scratches which was reasonable (after getting a couple other quotes), & had my car back in +/- 4 business days. They were able to work with both my price & time constraints, which remained unchanged. Very relieved & would come back (God forbid I ever need to lol).

Jeff was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I had to have my front bumper replaced and painted, and the entire job was completed in just a day and a half. Communication was excellent throughout the process, and he kept me informed every step of the way. The quality of the work was outstanding, and my car looks great. I’m very happy with the results and would highly recommend Jeff to anyone needing auto body repairs

My 2004 Honda Pilot arrived at CarsMetrics bruised and dented due to no fault of my own. I was originally turned down by another auto shop because my vehicle was “older”. Feeling discouraged, I made one more call and that’s when I met Josh at CarsMetrics. He assured me that he could repair my vehicle with no problem. His confidence, kindness and professionalism instantly made me feel hopeful again. Just a few weeks later, I picked up my Pilot and I couldn’t believe my eyes. It was BEAUTIFUL! They went above and beyond to find the best replacement fender and they even cleaned up and restored my cloudy headlights, they look so good! The outside of my suv was also clean and glistening in the sunlight. I couldn’t have asked for better team to work on my baby! They did an amazing job.
